Distinctive Figure:

Face partners. Sticking as follows: / left , left / backhand , , / forehand , forehand / right , , / fore , , /back , , / left , left / fore , back / right , right / fore , , / In the above, left means forehand to the person across the set and to your left, right is backhand to the person across the set to your right, and "," is a rest or pause. The distinctive figure does not repeat between verses, unless it is being danced at the same time as the Bampton hankie dance. End all up.
