4th Saturday Sing

Sings are an old-fashioned song swap - come, bring a few tunes and exchange them with others who do the same. They are generally held in private homes (except for a few that occur during special events).

In Minneapolis, there is a sing every 4th Saturday at 8 pm. The rules are:

• Sing whatever you want (there is usually a theme for the evening, but we aren't strict)
• Books/song sheets are OK
• Your voice is fine -- there are no stars here, so don't worry about being on key
• Take your turn in the circle - when it's your turn, you can sing a song, ask someone else (or the group) to sing a song, or pass.

There are also some acoustic instrument jam sessions in the Minneapolis area. We have a little info on that, too.
